Fishing Frenzy is first permissionless Ronin game to get official Sky Mavis support

Following the successful migration of cozy RPG Fishing Frenzy from Telegram to Ronin, Sky Mavis has announced that it will be the first game to be upgraded from the permissionless zkEVM version of Ronin to the main L1 chain.
This will also see Sky Mavis provide deeper publishing, marketing, and technical support to the game’s developer Uncharted.
As for criteria, Sky Mavis has said it supports “teams that demonstrate real traction and a long-term commitment to Ronin”.
Indeed, Fishing Frenzy has proved to fit into that category. In terms of KPIs, the game has hit a peak of 50,000 DAUWs, generating $130,000 in terms of IAPs, and with its four NFT collections racking up $600,000 in trading volume.
Led by Derek Lau, Uncharted has also built Gangster Arena and Blast the Balloon, both of which are deployed on Blast.
You can play the game via the Fishing Frenzy website.
