Open source AI agent outfit Eliza Labs has taken its vision to the next level with the launch of auto.fun.
This web-based platform enables anyone to leverage its ElizaOS multi-agent simulation framework to customize and launch their own autonomous AI agents in a no-code environment that will enable the agents to perform complex onchain actions.
Initially these agents will operate on X but support for DeFi apps, gaming and other web3 services will be added in future.
In this context, Eliza Labs says an example prompt could be “Find me the best staking opportunities with at least 12% APY and automatically allocate funds”.
In order for the crypto elements to work, each agent will have its own token which is launched in what’s described as a “Fairer Than Fair” mechanism, using a bonding curve designed to enable projects to acquire up to 50% of their token before market listing to mitigate external bot sniping.
Token trading also sees a portion of swap fees distributed back to the creator.
“The vision for auto.fun is to democratize access to both AI and web3 technologies by creating agents that can execute tasks autonomously on behalf of users,” commented Eliza Labs’ founder Shaw Walters.
“An agent could automate yield farming strategies, manage social media accounts across platforms, or execute trading strategies – all while operating within a sustainable economic framework that benefits both creators and users.”
A number of projects have already signed up for auto.fun’s launch including social agent battler FightFi, decentralized compute project Comput3 and AI-driven social music platform Sigma Music Agent.
The news comes as many blockchain game projects – including the likes of Faraway Games, Nifty Island, Blocklords, Bridgeworld and Planet Mojo, plus blockchains such as Ronin and Saga – are also experimenting with similar tools. Check out all the news by using our AI agent tag.
